Pastor Karin OrwigE-mail
Pastor Karin has been in ministry since 2001. She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and served as Youth and Children’s Pastor before her move to Harvest Community in 2005. Before entering the ministry, Karin was a special ed teacher at a nearby grade school. She has a passion for family ministry and discipleship and a strong desire to help people who don’t attend church get connected and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Karin’s also passionate about her family. She and her husband Chris have been married since 2004, and have two children. They welcomed Abigail in November 2007 and Noah in July 2011. Chris manages the Woodforest National Bank in Peru. While they enjoy going to movies, eating at unique restaurants, and spending time with friends, their greatest joy comes from spending time with Abby and Noah.
